Deborah  has 30+ years’ experience in Supplier Quality and Development, acting most recently in senior management positions with global Tier 1 automotive suppliers.  As Quality Manager, she has worked with the domestic and transplant OEM customers to provide the highest level of quality compliance and performance, eliminating difficult quality issues and enhancing the quality of parts and processes.   

Areas of expertise include: quality audits, corporate regulatory compliance, process improvements throughout the supply chain, investigation and resolution of customer complaints, and working with ” at risk” supply issues.  She has always demonstrated the highest level of integrity, credibility, and trust to enable successful interactions between suppliers and customers.  Deborah attended Indiana University.
